All parents should register their student by using HomeCampus.com where you can upload your physical and sign the permission slip.

*Physicals are due asap, actual final date to turn them in will be January 7th. Please turn them in ASAP if interested in participating. Let me know if you have any questions.

Please go to our school website at https://michell.livermoreschools.org/, click on the Activities tab, then click on Athletics. Please read all the important details and create an account on the Home Campus link.  All parents must create an online registration through Home Campus. Directions are on the website on how to create an account.
